Here are samples of my work from the Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism New Media Workshop. For these projects I won the school's first New Media Award.
Where's the Beat (Harlem Jazz) NYC24.com, Managing Editor: Conceived of this multimedia Internet project about New York City and led a team of 24 journalists. Used audio, photos, graphics and text to weave a unique portrait of a day in the life of the city. May 1997. Ever since, the project has continued as the centerpiece of Columbia's new media workshop.
